Inspire your clients
with pertinent content
and powerful words
In an era where communication is omnipresent, it can be difficult to find the right words to convince prospective clients to stay on your web page, to read a magazine article dedicated to your brand, or even to grab their attention with a memorable advert on public transport. And yet this may be your only chance to differentiate yourself in an increasingly competitive market. These days, there are multiple techniques for converting prospective clients into leads and boosting your conversion rate. But if we apply these techniques to the letter and limit ourselves to thinking only in these terms, we end up with dreary texts, stuffed with keywords that are there for no other reason than to satisfy the Google gods, and that ultimately add nothing of value for your clients.
Of course organic SEO is important, but it is vital not to lose sight of what lies at the heart of your product and your service – your clients – as they themselves will not think in these terms. Bombarded with information every day, it is now emotion, consistency and authenticity that are sought above all else. The key to creating content that inspires your target clients is therefore placing a human touch at the very centre of your marketing strategy, and not limiting yourself to thinking only in terms of figures and demographic data.
To inspire your clients, your content must not only be tailored to their needs and desires, but must also incite their emotions, allowing for an authentic connection to be established. This is precisely the art of a good translation or a perfectly formulated text, and translating emotion through the written word is indeed an art in its own right, in much the same way that a perfume can transport you through time and awaken forgotten memories. In the same way that a single malt whisky floods the palate with its woody notes and transports us to distant lands, far from the frenetic rhythm of our daily lives.
Beyond the form of a text, its substance is also of vital importance. And who better to speak about a subject than someone with real passion for it? In recent years, I have had the privilege to work alongside brands in fields about which I am truly passionate. This has not only enabled me to acquire the specialised terminology used in each of these business sectors, but also to put my creativity to work in service of prestigious brands, transcribing each unique universe, highlighting the intricacies of each brand’s substance and soul, and communicating the ancestral savoir-faire that characterises each of them. Working exclusively in fields that I am passionate about means that staying current is a genuine pleasure and happens naturally through reading specialist magazines and newsletters, listening to podcasts, reading books and attending trade shows. This allows me to keep up to date on the latest news and trends in my clients’ industries so I can perfectly commit their worlds to paper.
